Dallan D16 Start Stop Line: Flexibility and Precision

One of the most appreciated solutions is the Dallan D16 Start Stop line, designed to produce two profiles in parallel.

The line includes a decoiler, a precision roll former, and a combi unit capable of producing up to two different types of profiles, such as a curved and flat shutter, or even the end slat. It can also be configured with additional combi units for further profiles, such as side guides.

60 Meter Per Minute Automatic Line: Maximum Efficiency

The second line we present is the 60-meter-per-minute automatic system, equipped with a double motorized decoiler and a Dallan T4 Combi precision roll former.

This system allows fast and precise profiling, followed by stamping and flying-cutting operations that ensure efficient production.

Thanks to the coil to window, or rather coil to door system, profiles are cut to size, extracted laterally, and, if necessary, automatically inserted into a curtain-rolling table.

Side caps can be applied manually or automatically, making the process highly automated.
